We are a completely voluntary 501 (c)(3) organization that functions on donations that we receive for our services.  We have no paid employees and we have expenses to do what we do.  While we provide our services at no charge we do accept donations.

To obtain a burial flag if one has not already been issued do the following: complete the form found at this location (click here) and take it and a copy of the DD 214 to your nearest U. S. Post Office.  They will issue you a flag. IMMHG cannot provide a flag.  They only issue one per deceased veteran.  If additional family members want a flag they will have to be purchase.  Do not buy flags made from synthetic materials as they will not fold correctly or stay folded.
